A busy marketplace. Vehicles moving around following discipline. Everyone had a purpose in business. Yet something was different about this street, special in this locality.
He held a piece of torn paper in hand. As if in search for something in particular.
He walked past focussed yet leisurely on that busy street. Yet paused for few moments at every shop. Looked at the piece of paper, then into the eyes of the shop owners for few seconds, from a distance. A daily ritual that made a few clergymen surprised and were obviously eager to get answers. What was he searching for everyday in such a casual manner yet not known to anyone. That's when the mid-aged flower seller woman told them - 'Oh him, he is the peace blesser. Since a decade, he comes to our street almost everyday. Don't know much yet he is a good omen for all. '
Later the wiser men of that locality said that he blessed every shop with peace and calm through his eyes. In return for nothing at all. That's it. No further questions.
In this man manifested new world we often talk about divine virtues of peace and love, think of sophisticated ways to learn basic forgotten soulful virtues. The acts of purest altruism from mystics amazes us right, connecting the world with peace through the power of unconditional blissful blessings.
The street probably represents our very mind running with a thousand thoughts, and the peace blesser is none other than our very own consciousness. Now read it again. Who is or ought to be the peace blesser?
