The word ‘Special’ definitely radiates a happy feeling to the giver and the receiver.
Every human is endowed with distinct quality that is unique. The ones who are humble and kind are often liked by most of the people. This might not be expressed through words always, but stands implied as positive reflections.
He had the habit of greeting the security guards, each time he entered or left his residential or office premises. It took just few seconds or a minute to check if they were fine, he did it every single day. Even if he was a new guard, he would wish him. It was during the 3rd wave days, when he suddenly caught a flu and left to take care of himself at home, isolating from the world. The challenge was that, he knew nobody as such to help him since he was just 2 weeks new to his present place of stay.
Luckily, he had the grocery stacked up for a week or so, yet procuring medicines was a challenge yet he was hopeful to find a way. While he could reach out to his friends in this regard yet they all stayed quite far. Call it a miracle, one of the security guard, called him, to check on him. It had been 4 days that he ventured out and this chap did notice it. He thanked the guard and explained his situation. It was so kind of the guard to offer help and he got all his medicines at his doorstep, in less than an hour. Not only that, the security would call him each evening to check if he needed something on an urgent basis. He was more than happy to help with no expectation.
Once he resumed going to office, the smile to see him healthy and happy showed on the guards face. He also said, Sir, you always stop by to smile and greet us when others just walk away paying no heed, a special of smile and greeting from you makes our day.
Qualities of Special souls
They are humble, grateful, simple,calm, joyful and kind. They value others and treat others without being judgmental. Their presence is valued even when they are absent. They may be just well-wishers or strangers, yet they have a special aura of respect and humanity. They offer unconditional care and focus on learning to get better through real connections. Each one of us is Special, you have to be one to yourself, to become one for others.
