Day 8 - Be Happy : 21 Days. 21 Virtues for Life .

 


When the waves of life sweep in to wash away the faintest of light, what is the first thing that your heart looks for? A virtue that is divine, an emotion that is regarded as the most expensive antidote to tackle any situation, a powerful vitamin to align thoughts in the direction of your goals in daily life. A positive remedy that in itself is the purpose – Be Happy.

In pursuit of living a pattern of life, somewhere the essence of happiness is influenced by external factors. Happiness is not a destination; it is to be acknowledged with gratitude, it helps us confront with a brave heart.
While essaying the magnitude of success in professional or personal life, every individual does, at some point of time, pause to be refueled with this most powerful virtue. Be happy, whatever it takes to give up or to embrace.

What are the small steps you can take to be in this state consciously than articulating?
Read light inspiring books, call old happy friends or connect to like-minded people, paint abstracts, watch comedy, listen to music, journal gratitude daily, take a day at a time, be kind to yourself, try to meditate when calm.

Slow down. Pause. Detach. Restart. It is perfectly fine as it is important to heal and be happy. You are unique and so is your journey.
